  • This is the most fuckup company in Ipoh... People working like kuli and managers acting like bullies.
  • Dont ever get to know this company....total waste of time. Staffs work like dogs, but top level managers get all the rewards.
  • Low level employees get rewarded for their efforts and commitments through some cheap scale "Malam Ceria", which is total crap. Pay rise and mid-year adjustments always centres on the Manager level. Fuck you Carsem....regret getting to know you. Better to work in kilang kicap...coz will better appreciated there.
  • Anywhere you work,things are the same.if we didn't get appreciated with our work,no use working there.job opportunity is a lot.do you think you can get better at somewhere else,than go for it,maybe that's your correct position.Even at kilang kicap,you might be the boss.when you work as a manager or exec,than your downline will condemn you too.we can't satisfy everyone.god bless those infected.wish you the best truly.
  • Really i farked up company.....Ppl working in office and production both same salary and also same level "operator" then what the fuck is the different between Professional and non-professional ..... if we work in production oso will get OT and they earn more than Office staff... Farkers around 8
