With a budget of over €2+ billion, Leptos Group, one of the leading property developers in Cyprus is bringing a brand new type of city to historic Paphos in one of the most intriguing juxtapositions ever seen in the Mediterranean.
Great news for Cyprus economy long term
With projected GDV (gross development value) of some €2.5 Billion of sustainable annual revenue returns for investors in the project over the thirteen year development lifecycle; Cyprus is definitely looking to the future while many countries are struggling to balance their book sheets and restraining spending on large scale projects such as this one.
This has to be a good thing for Paphos and Cyprus and says a lot about how public and private partnerships can enhance areas where there is a common desire for progress.
