Chausath Yogini Temple, Mitawali AKA Ekattarso Mahadeva Temple, Mitaoli. This is an ancient temple dedicated to chausath yogini in the mitawali / mitavali / mitaoli village.

A circular structure of 170 ft radius atop a 100 ft mount, the temple has 64 (Chausath) rooms and a big courtyard. There is a circular shrine of Lord Shiva at the center of the temple.

It has recently been confirmed that it is a 64 Yogini temple as there are four pedestals found with the names of the yoginis mentioned on them. There are just a few other 64 Yogini temples around India with Hirapur in Odisha being the most famous and almost intact temple of all. Jharial also in Odisha, Bhedaghat (near Jabalpur) and Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh are the others which are similar.
