  • I attended class 1 thru 8 (until 1971) and then moved to Pakistan (when Mamoon -al- Rashid was the principal of Shaheen Schoool). I still remember the teachers, students, friends and all about the school. I miss all my friends and teachers of that time. My e-mail address is (hmir2005@verizon.net).   • I studied in Shaheen from KG til HSC. There is no proper ex-shaheens association/club so far, the reunions are organized privately by individual batches. I studied during the Wazi-ullah Sir era, he was a tough administrator , he managed to bring up the school reputation despite the fact that the school administration was scared of the kids with parental backing from all three forces. My younger sister currently studing in Shaheen. To my family Shaheen has a good reputation, I miss my school days, I just wish the school administartion was stong enough to punish my batch mates who did numerous outrageous activities, it just didnt feel good to see our respected teachers being so corrupted.   • Nice to hear from people from Shaheen school. I miss those days. I was there from 1976 (class 6) thru 1983 (HSC). From Al-Mamoon to Wagiwullah to Sigdar sir. Those are the good old days. I just went to db this year and met with Kibria sir. He looks old but still energetic. As usual, he asked too many questions about me and my life. I guess teachers are like that. He used to ask Karim ( Bappa Raj) what he ate at home during his science class. We laughed. Boy, I can go on with lots of stories. Please share your stories with us. I will too next time.

  • Shaheen was by far the best balanced (coed, education, discipline, cultural, sports) School in our time. I studied there from 1986-1998 till SSC. All my school mates are very successful. It gave the perfect environment for the kids to grow up physically and mentally. Had the best time there.

  • was in Shaheen from 1969 and appeared in SSC in 1972 the SSC exams after independence. I was in Science group though appeared in exams from Humanities. i got in touch with my batch mates recently after nearly 40 years! Would love to have you as friend on facebook
