Wesbrook Place is UBC’s worldclass neighbourhood, a 100-acre sustainable South Campus community whose heart and soul is an urban Village featuring Save-On-Foods, a community centre, the Sauder School of Business MBA House, a senior’s residence, restaurants, cafés, and shops and services designed for everyday needs.

Over 5,000 students, faculty, staff, parents, alumni, and other residents will call the neighbourhood home in a mix of 2,300 dwelling units of rental and market housing including townhomes, apartments and hi-rise buildings.

The Discovery Centre offers an informative snapshot of life at Wesbrook Place from student, faculty and staff housing to seniors housing, rental accommodations, current and future residential developments, the Co-development program and market housing. The Centre also provides details on the primary and secondary schools in the area plus shops and services in the Village.
