Gite accommodation is available at La Carrière in the exceptionally picturesque village of Albas. Situated 25km west of Cahors, Albas is situated on a cliff overlooking the Lot river. The village has narrow streets lined with old houses. There are 3 restaurants, 2 cafes, a bakery and a small shop located in the village. The villagers are extremely friendly and organise events such as wine festivals, village fetes, concerts and dinners where the local foods, wines and French hospitality can be enjoyed throughout the year.
