The original brick establishment was built in 1959 and opened in January 1960. Since then, it has had multiple owner and name changes. It’s been Club Garvin, Island Bar, Al’s Bar and This Ol' Place, and Saloon 59 Bar & Grill before becoming Bitton's Roadhouse in September 2017.
