  I went to PNCOC-CA, Primary Non-Commissioned Officer Course-combat arms here in 1981. When I went back to Korea in 1992 the buildings were used for storage. it's named after Medal of Honor awardee Luther Story: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luther_H._Story
