  • NPU is a small university compared to its bigger neighbors, viz. - UC Berkeley, Calstate Hayward, SJSU, Stanford etc but it offers some IT and semiconductor industry related undergraduate and graduate level courses worth taking a look at - primarily in areas of ASIC Design, Analog IC design, Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Systems Software, Bioinformatics / Bioengineering etc; recently they also added some Nanotechnology related courses too. Majority of courses are offered after office-hours in the Even on weekdays and on Saturdays. Most Faculty members are also from the industry, working at well-known technology bellwethers in the Silicon Valley of California.
