Ten-storey brick apartment building with 4 entrances. Built in 1957. Amount of apartment: 238. Architect: Ivan Vladislavovich Zholtovskiy. "In the twilight of Stalinism 80-year fan of Ivan Zholtovsky Palladian created VSNKh house. Now the house is constantly repainted (including the cornice with an asterisk), tenants change the window frames, quietly destroying strict, worked out by the master tectonics of the facade, but Zholtovsky remains. Among the details of the interior very interesting are fireplaces on the first floor (they have never been fireplaces - standard batteries are established inside) and the staircase with handrails with Roman drawings.
