Architect Claude Nicolas Ledoux (1736-1806)

Built around 1770 for Elizabeth de Lamoignon, estranged wife of Armand de Gourgues, Speaker of Parliament.

Former annex of the Ministry of Culture (Department of Music, Dance, Theatre and Entertainment) sold € 38 million in 2007.

This eighteenth century mansion is named for one of its first owners, the princess Kinski. There remains almost nothing of the original building, built by Claude-Nicolas Ledoux in 1769. The current building has 3 000m ² of living space on 3 levels, with offices on behalf of the Department of Music, the Theatre and Entertainment.
