Elevation: 333 m.
Isolated small mountain (inselberg formation), dominating the center Taita depression. Porfire rock (in red, green and grey hues). The twin-peaks (Contu Mic 270m. and Contu Mare-Consulu Mare 333m.), looking like the legendary mountain of Noah, Ararat. Two little caves (ten metres deep) at the foothill, face to the river Taita. The steep slopes preserve some of the original forests. Panorama point from the main peak pyramide. One of the oldest conservation areas in the Romania, since the 1920's.
