Former site of Revlon manufacturing facility which was closed in 2001 when North American production was concentrated in Oxford, North Carolina. The company`s Canadian head office and warehouse remained until 2007 when they were relocated to a new 195,322 sq. ft. office and warehouse at 1590 South Gateway Road in Mississauga.

Following the acquistion of the property by Hopewell Development, part of the plant was demolished and the remaining 116,658 sq. ft. building and 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse were retrofitted and leased. A new multi unit, 81,123 sq. ft. building has been completed and two additional buildings are proposed.
