'Masjid' is a place of worship for Muslims.

'Muslim' is the one who surrenders his will to the will of Almighty God alone and thus he leads his life as per the divine system i.e. the religion of God, i.e. 'Islam'.
It actually means total submission to the God and gaining eternal peace.

The Holy 'Quran' as it says itself, is the guidance for the entire 'mankind', and NOT for only Muslims (As it is misunderstood by a larger humanity).
