this place is cool.you can do freehand climbing and this rock reaches to about 50 meteres in height there are crevices where you may be able to find the indian python or porcupine.you can watch sunset at the horizon and also big huge orange full moonrise.you can also look at the western ghats from here.also visible are peahens and peacocks.may be a occasional cobra or two.its on the way to mandarthi.
