Deylam Port is one of the important ports of Bushehr Province.
Current population is about 40000-45000 peoples (2007).
The very nice beach and the BAZAAR are the most famous places of the city.
People mostly earn from trading through the small ships (LENJ) from Dubai.

Deylam is a port city and the capital city of Deylam County in Bushehr Province in southwestern Iran.

On February 16, 2005 a large explosion was reported close to the site of a newly built nuclear power plant. Iranian officials later announced that the explosion was caused by construction work on a dam at Kowsar, near Deylam.
