  • One of the few (only?) remaining undeveloped tracts of land on the shore of Lake Washington. The park includes some mountain biking trails.
  • Future home for a new McMenamins' brew pub ...... not true. Community sentiment over traffic and inadequate roads that are over burdened already, alchol, and whether or not this was an approriate partnership caused McMenamin's to withdraw.
