Capital House is a landmark building occupying a prominent position on the corner of Edgware Road and Marylebone Road,
The building comprises 137,000 sq ft of offices arranged over sixteen storeys with M&S on the ground and first floors. The offices are arranged over 2nd to 16th floors.
Constructed in 1960 and originally known as Foster Wheeler House, Capital House was one of the first buildings to be designed by Architects R Seifert & Partners. In 1991 the building received a full refurbishment updating its appearance. A key feature of the building is the 18 storey tower reaching 60m at its highest point.
