Was the summer residence of Martin Maloney, a standard Oil executive from Scranton, Pennsylvania. Built in 1898 to designs by Philadelphia architect Horace Trumbauer, it was patterned after Leinster House in Dublin, now the home of the Irish National Parliament. It derives its name from the village of where Mr. Maloney hailed from in County Tipperary. All that remains is the reflecting pool and wrought iron fence surrounding the property.
