Corporate West offices and Think FOOD centre of Maple Leaf Foods, a leading food processor headquartered in Toronto with 23,000 employees worldwide.

Constructed in two phases, the 346,000 sq. ft. complex is comprised of two five storey office buildings designed by Adamson Associates architects. 180,000 sq. ft. Phase I (6985 Financial Drive) was built in 2006 and the 166,512 sq. ft. Phase II building (6897 Financial Drive) was completed in 2009.

The Think FOOD Centre, located in Phase II, is a 25,000 sq. ft. one of a kind, state of the art cullinary innovation facility providing a holistic approach to creative thinking and collaboration to facilitate accelerated innovation and growth across Maple Leaf's global baking and protein business.

The Centre operates as the Company's product development hub supporting customer research and product testing and features presentation kitchens, teaching and demonstration facilities, research labs, simulated retail environments and a trends resource library.
