The stable building at the Hall has not been used for its original purpose for many decades. The stalls were removed and burnt -- at least in part -- quite some time ago. The roof is clearly in poor condition and allows the ingress of rain water which is gradually destroying the building. Twenty years ago the well-proportioned facade was in good condition, but now the stone is eroding. The owners work hard on the maintenance of the Hall and its grounds, but the stable block is sadly neglected and deserves some TLC to prevent its ultimate ruination.
