Pipe Bridge-Disturb Ecology

This bridge built with cement pipes has disturbed the entire ecology of Guirim-Bastora-Soccoro village & cut off the lively hood of many illiterate villagers who is to fish in the rivers that were flowing freely. No one has done anything to stop this. There is no more high & low tide due to the short cuts taken by the PWD dept. It is sad to see such state of affairs in Goa. Perhaps there are many more places which I haven't seen.
