Entrance Check Post (Gangotri National Park )

Here you have to produce your permit to go to the national park, which you had to obtain from District Forest Officer (DFO) UTTARKASHI, OR DFO Gangotri, it's better to get permission from Uttarkashi (by fax or mail). Also this is the first check post followed by the second one at Cheerbasa enroute to Gaumukh.
