This School is a primary school(Upto class IV ,I Guess.)

This place(field in front of school) have a great historical value.During British-India age NETAJI SUBHAS CHANDRA BOSE once came to this place for one open lecture. His moto was to inspire YOUTH PEOPLES of MIDNAPORE against BRITISH. That day was a stormy day with little rain. But people had a great admire as well as desire to look & listen the speech of NETAJI on that time, so they came on that time ignoring of all climate & other obstacles.

To salute him & remember that great day,todays people organize a village fair on NETAJI's NAME in this ground. It happens each year during 23rd Jan. There is statue of NETAJI where from he addresses people on that day.
