This place is the home of a branch of the Banaili Family. It was built around 1869 by Raja Leelanand Sinh Bahadur and later developed by his son Raja Bahadur Kirtyanand Sinh.After his death in 1938 it developed as a seat of indian classical music under the patronage of his eldest son Rajkumar Shyamanand Sinh.
