  In today's age (as in year 2005 - 2013) the decedents of garhbanaili Estate has turned out to be the biggest THUGS of modern criminology. Had they retained all their properties they actually possessed, their joint family assets (as inherited by WIDOW MAYA SINGH) would have been worth more than Rs. 1000 Crores; but for meeting their expenses incurred to maintain their fake (pseudo) ego/prestige, laziness, jealousy, immorality and poor business skills; they sold all their properties (between year 1975 and 2000) to meet their daily expenses (food/fuel/luxury/utility bills). After year 2000 and also all their properties being sold by then, they became poor enough that were choice-less - to sell their residential campuses for getting their daughter(s) married. There is a huge difference/fight between the 5 sons of WIDOW MAYA SINGH. All the 5 sons namely Rajiv, Sanjiv, Deepak, Jyoti and Manik fight over the ownership of Kali-sthan, which actually belong to a trust and cannot be owned privately by any individual or sold off to any third party (as title transfer or Dakhil Kharij is not legally possible under any circumstances). AS DICTATED BY THE ORIGINAL TRUST DEED: All the lands under all circumstances shall always belong to the Kali-Sthan Trust and cannot be sold, leased out or transferred. Wherein, these 5 sons- namely - Rajiv, Sanjeev, Deepak, Jyoti, Manik; along with their heirs; have conspired together using fake documents to sell, transfer or grant illegal possession to third parties (innocent purchasers) by charging money and provide verbal assurity that none including government officials would trouble them or ask them to de-possess or vacate the land which in reality belongs to trust. Financially they are totally naked and have already distributed their personal shares/assets including Kali-Sthan and have spent all money which came from illegally selling "Kali-Sthan Trust Properties" for meeting their personal expenses in order to meet their daily needs and show-off. On their names, a huge amount is already due to "Government of India" and "Government of Bihar" in the head of "Electricity bills, Service Tax, Entertainment Tax, Income Tax, Municipal Tax and other utilities etc." which completely out-values their today’s total worth when combined together(all 5 sons). Not very far from now; all the illegal occupants of "Kali-Sthan" campus will have to vacate their possession/land. Lands of trust must always remain with trust. Their (land purchaser’s) temporary shelter shall not grant them any relief. Also, these 5 thugs or their decedents shall one day have to pay all the taxes which is due to Governments. Fraudulence never has a long validity, one day it always comes to light. There is a famous quote I would like to remind all: "LIE TRAVELS HALF WAY AROUND THE WORLD WHILE TRUTH IS PUTTING ON ITS SHOES". Also, they ate away all the money which they falsely loaned in the name of opening new cinema-hall. Last advice while dealing with them: "BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND DIG DEEP DOWN FOR TRUTH" else they are expert in sweeping away your hard earned money. Jai Hind – Jai Bharat.
