138 m (454 ft.) skyscraper built in 1973 along Vancouver's waterfront. Designed by architect Francis Donaldson, the building is now home to Vancouver's two major daily newspapers - The Vancouver Sun and The Province.

Part of 'Project 200', an ambitious late 1960s urban plan that was to include 36 highrise towers, this was the only one ever built.

On top of the building is the Vancouver Harbour Control Tower for the float planes landing and taking off on the Burrard Inlet. This control tower is the tallest in the world.
