The original reserve of the Ochapowace First Nation. To the south and east are a large number (at least 128) of smaller "satellite" reserves that have been acquired by Ochapowace First Nation as part of the land claims process over the past 20 years or so. There are three more small parcels of land (1/2 section or less) that are part of I.R 71 proper, located about 10 miles south within the area of Kingsley No. 124.
