Riverview Terrace, built in 1963, is owned by the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority and is located atop the Cuyahoga River bluff overlooking downtown Cleveland. The 15-story, 490 unit, 660 foot-long high-rise tower designated for seniors is a west side landmark.
