33.2 Kilometers from Lake Magadi(20.1 miles)...30 minutes charted flight from Nairobi. Need a quiet unpoluted,unspoiled place for a Honeymoon,here it is!

Shompole Lodge (note spelling) was closed near the end of 2011 due to disagreements between the owner/management and the locality. As of June 2014, it is rumored to have been purchased by new investors with the hope of reopening at some point in the future.
