The store's name was changed to Hills in 1992. In 1992, Hills was purcahsed by Ames in 1998 and the store was renamed Ames. It closed in 2001 after Ames went out of business. There was also a Legend computer store next door during the Hills/Ames days which closed in 2002. The store re-opened in 2003 as Fifth Avenue Flea Market. In 2005 an idependent developer purchased the building and rennovated it as the Arlington Ridge Marketplace, where the west building was built with Target as the anchor.
