Carl Linnaeus's professor's residence from 1743-1778, a cultural and historical gem in the Linnaeus garden. Linnaeus's home is now a museum showing the world-famous botanist's scientific achievement through exhibits in the library, writing room, and natural-history cabinet. The 18th century building, with its special atmosphere, is primarily furnished with original items: clothing, textiles, household goods, and furniture that show how the Linnaeus family lived. There is a written guide and also information boards in English.
