Q: Why INVEST a property in Liloan, Metro Cebu?

A: It is the next future boomtown along with Consolacion and Compostela. SM, the biggest mall operator in the country, is drawing closer to Northern Cebu and its environs through its proposed SM mall in Consolacion, Metro Cebu. Meantime, Cebu North Coastal Road’s Cansaga Bay Bridge is now passable to private vehicles and taxi cabs since March 2010, thus, cutting off the travel time from the city centre to Metro Cebu North by approximately 30 minutes.

The new road section links the new Mandaue City central business district and government center with the fast-developing Northern Metro Cebu urban development area, the area which is shared by Consolacion, Liloan and Compostela.

With that in mind, properties in Mandaue, Consolacion, Liloan and perhaps Compostela as well will soon have higher land appraisals by the time Cebu North Coastal Road is fully operational. Thus, it is but a sound business decision to invest properties in Northern Metro Cebu as properties are still pegged lower than those of which in the Southern Metro Cebu Area, i.e., Talisay, Minglanilla and Naga.
