The building stands on one side of Piazza Garibaldi in the historic center of Mercatello sul Metauro (PU). It was built in 1640 at the behest of Ottavio Gasparini, member of a local noble family. artistic features of the building. The building, three floors with roof terrace of elegant crown, was built by master builder Battista Mambrini of Urbania, while it is not known the name of the designer.
