Completed 1972. This was once the tallest building in Fort Lauderdale. The 28th Floor is the home of the Tower Club, but the floor is denoted as "TC."
One Financial Plaza suffered some damage on the 14th-19th floors during Hurricane Wilma in 2005. There was a large hole on the south side of the tower, that they've since patched up.
One Financial Plaza bears a striking resemblance to Chase Tower in Amarillo, Texas. Chase Tower is a few stories taller, and was constructed a year before, in 1971.
