It is technically closed, but I go up there often for a good workout. (65 foot rock climb) It's got a bad rep cause of all the partying that goes on up there, broken bottles everywhere. Not to mention the 60 foot straight drop that waits on the other side, a drunk person's nightmare! use discrestion if you climb it.
