Bella Park is a residential development, a real estate concept signed by Trustul CRE. At first there were 50 living units - houses and flat villas. All these transformed soon in a real community on the Pompiliu Theodor street, and Trustul CRE decided to invest in other 40 houses and flat villas, continuing Bella's concept with the Marin Sorescu street.
