Khartep Ltd., as a member of Must-Ipra Corporation, was created on the base of like-minded team of people who earlier worked at «Khartron» Stock Company as well as specialists who had wide experience at the fuel-energy complex of Ukraine, transport sphere,, industrial enterprises and scientific institutes. Specialists of the company have also great experience in development and implementation of automated control systems for military-industrial establishment of USSR, fuel-energy complex, transport and enterprises of different industries and also some of them involved in scientific work. Engineers of the company took part in creation of automated control systems for battle missiles, complex “Energy” and number of space objects control.
Among the members of Khartep’s team there are professors, Candidates of sciences and Doctors of Philosophy, certified and highly qualified specialists in control systems and programming field.
Our company collaborates with such leaders of software and high-precision equipment production as Intellution, Metso Automation, Siemens AG, Octagon Systems, GE Fanuc etc. We have close ties with leading design and scientific organizations of Ukraine: institutes «Ukrenergyproject», «Ukrhydroproject», «Hyprostal», “Ukrselenergoproject», «Energostal», NIPIASUTransgas, Oil transportation institute, Electrodynamics institute etc. Established contacts and concluded agreements for specialists training with key universities of Kharkov: Kharkov National Polytechnic University, Kharkov National Aviation University, Kharkov National University of Radioelectronics, Kharkov State Technical University of Agricultural Machinery, Kharkov State Academy of Municipal Service.

Khartep Ltd. is a multisectoral enterprise and specializes in development and production of turnkey program-technical complexes. We fulfill: preproject and project works; develop design estimates and maintenance documentation, feasibility study, technical-commercial offer, software; produce industrial machinery, supply, erection, start-up and adjustment of industrial equipment, setup and adjustment of software, personnel training, warranty and post warranty service, maintenance, consulting.

- OIC ASDC – Operative-informational Complex of Automated System of Dispatch Control;

- ASSCER – Automated System of Settlements with Consumers for Energy Resources (Billing System);

- ACS TP – Automated Control System of Technological Process;

and also industrial equipment production which allows significantly decrease of energy resources losses, increase exploitation term of equipment and improve efficiency and reliability of enterprise control of the whole enterprise or separate production-technical process.
Mentioned above systems and equipment designed and adopted for enterprises of fuel-energy complex (power supply and generating companies, Heat Stations, water-/heating networks; enterprises in mining, processing, transport and selling of oil and gas), railways, subway, big and average industrial enterprises with power-consuming and sophisticated technological cycle.

As well we are fulfilling works in automation and adoption of telemechanics; supply power equipment; satellite systems of navigation, landing and topographic placement, training complexes of special purpose; development of software for wide range of industries etc.
