    Hi iam very much upset with the service given by staff member at the counter as i had aproach the staff two days back for my daughter for swimming class and they had given me the form for the same and said as morning batch is full so you take it for evening 9 to 9.45 pm(19th april 14) for me it was fine but when i went for addmission all the staff has change there statment and stating me wrong that we had inform you regarding 19th may batch .do staff things that iam fool that iwill hurry for addmission which is after one month and hence if this is the case then why it is not mention on form that addmission is for 19th may batch . worst thing staff is full of attitued dont know how to talk with parents and behaving in such way that you need addmission we had not call you if you want to come the come or leave this is pathatic service by staff (hum ko jarurat nahi hai aap ko aana hai to may me aaao yaa fir aap jasakte ho ) It means the staff is highly paid and they are not worry to grow the buissness 0f YASH GYMKHANA The owner should look into such kind of attitued of staff .such behaviour my efect coming business .if some one ask me how YASH Gym i will say its rediculous and uneducated staff so think once you go for addmision

    I dont understand this thing, people sitting at the billing counter are vry much rude in yash. Especially 2 Aged uncles handle the counter in alternate hours. you guys are there for service you should know how to talk to the customers. you are running it for earnings or to insult the people. another thing you should extend the batch timing. I did swimming course few months back and was very difficult for me to manage the time. You should carry the batch till atleast 11 or 12pm in noon. and also start evening batches early from 4 around.
