Completed in July 2012, this 50-storey (200 metres est.) Menara FELDA was developed by TTDI Development Sdn. Bhd. www.nazattdi.com/ a member of the Naza Group www.naza.com.my/ The building was sold to the Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA) for RM640.7 million. It is currently serves as FELDA's headquarters.

FELDA is a Malaysian government agency handling the resettlement of rural poor into newly developed areas. It focuses on opening smallholder farms growing cash crops. Currently (as of 2012) FELDA is the world's largest plantation operator of oil palms.
