Nicknamed the "Brown Bag" this is considered a blight in the neighborhood. High Police presence because of a large drug user base. The exterior of the apartments were redone in late 2006 in an effort to clean up the image of the complex.

  • The exterior was redone in late 2005. There barely any crime here, mostly because of the curfew that the Raleigh PD has implemented on Raleigh North apartments. There are A LOT of young children here. The rent is very inexpensive...Only $525 for a 3 bedroom. The people are very friendly.
