Located at the ridges of western ghats, the Barki plateau is unique place to see wildlife, scenery and waterfalls.
This semi isolated patch of forest has different Caecilians species, currently studied by BNHS and GreenGuards.
This fragile ecosystem is in danger due to heavy deforestation by locals and destruction from tourists.
