  • Hi everyone, I just visited the our site in om sai nagar today. What we saw is that the locality has improved greatly in the past few years but our layout has been left abandoned. The current land value as quoted by localites there is Rs 400-500 per sq ft. We can greatly increase the land value if we invest a bit in the maintainence of the layout. The original developers have not shown much interest in this aspect. If you all cooperate, we can form and association and work towards the development of our layout. I am opening a Facebook group called Om Sai Nagar Association. Spread the word among anyone who owns a site there. The aim of the group is to discuss, plan and improve our layout.   • I do agree about your opinion of forming a association and move forward, nearly 18 years are over still the layout is very bad conditions . we need to do further development our-self. some one (site owners) has to take initiative and start collecting site owners details.
