Here are a few testimonials: Dear REMAPEST : -) I have just received my regular service and was reading your newsletter that came with the bill. Though I wish I could say I have told many neighbors or friends about the great service I have received, I have not really had an opportunity to do so. I have been a longtime customer of REMAPEST- PC, first in the small town of SERPONG, Tangerang. and most recently in Jakarta. My Mother and Father were also long-term customers and when I moved into my childhood home following their deaths I decided to continue with the service they had started a number of years earlier. But here's the real story. About a week ago I had a knock on my door. It happened to be someone canvassing the neighborhood from another competing PC company(Dxxxx PC). They were hungry for business and were directly targeting REMAPEST- customers in the area. They offered me service discounts, they offered me additional services for free and ultimately they offered PC service free for several months to get me to switch. Now in this economy, free is pretty tough to pass up. Each and every time they offered me a better deal I said NO. I said NO because of the local REMAPEST- team provide and I said NO because in my estimation, loyalty is far more important than just saving a few bucks.
