This pharmacy was built on the former site of the Fort Dells Square! It was the entrance (containing wild west-style building structures and decor) for the Fort Dells (later Dells Crossroads) amusement park that occupied this spot from 1959 until it was demolished in December 1997. Fort Dells closed its doors in Fall 1985, it became Dells Crossroads from mid 1986 until its permanent closure in Fall 1991.
