Moved to present location 4400 W. Lawrence Ave., (at Kostner Street) in 1996. The building was a former Jewel Food store. Previous location was 4200 W. Lawrence Ave. Both of these rental facilities actually were in North Mayfair neighborhood of Albany Park community area. The original storefront sub-branch library was located on Kenneth Ave. at the intersection of Lawrence and Elston Avenues, and was in Mayfair neighborhood (south of Lawrence Ave.)
