  • It's taking too long to get the possessions. Even the list of eligible candidates has been declared before 5 to 6 months, but where the hell it has stuck now? Is this delay because of the oppose by the people who are in waiting list. This delay makes bad impression of government and makes people to take devastating steps. This is a very humble request to our Honorable Mayor to take some progressive steps so that people will at least be satisfied that government is still active upon the project and really intended to handover the flats to people.... After all is always said that "सरकारी काम, नी बारा महिने थांब !!".

  • All of us are in need so..can we go to RTI (mahiti adhikar) to get the information about this project?? And let me inform this that my father has already paid Rs.50,000 as 1st Booking installment and he got this information that those who have paid 1st booking amount their names have been give to the Govt. banks for remaining amount loan,,but i'm unsure about the bank could any one of you help me with this process.

And I think they might give the possession this Diwali (only if Flats are ready). @ s rawlekar : tumhala amhala ghar milnarch karan apan apla mehanaticha paisa dila ahe an koni hi he haqq aplya pasun gheu shakat nahi nai aplyakade legel documents pan ahe tya mule kahi problem pan honar nahi.

  • Hey, Good News for all of you i just checked it out with one of the branch of PCMC in Chinchwad 'K' Prabhag and over there list has been put of Bank for Loan Procedure. Bank Of Maharastra Thergaon Branch is offering Loan for Gharkul people.Kindly please check it over there,,I will be checking on this Thursday.

This is now 2015, when we come to know that most of the people who really needs the home, they are not included in lottery & some who have there home, they are getting these homes easily. I request you to kindly confirm, if the second part of 6000 homes will be done or we have to lose our hopes from this yojana. Please consider the truth & help us out for the same.

  • please consider the people who do not have their own home, but we find lot of people who have given the Gharkul homes on rent & leaving happily. Some are having their home at village as well as in Pune but still gets easily possession of the Gharkul. I don't know why this injustice is with us. Please help by correcting the process & strictness.
