Featuring spectacular views of the Strait of Georgia and the Costal Mountains of the mainland, Winchelsea View Golf Course is an attractive 18 hole course that offers something for players of all levels of ability. Its friendly atmoshpere, reasonable green fee rates and convenient location (it can be found a short drvie northwest of Nanaimo near the town of Lantzville) have helped make it a popular facourite among many local golfers since it first opened for play in 1994.

Overall, Winchelsea View has a mostly forgiving layout over its 4322 yards, which allows golfesr a little bit of latitude in the placement of their shots. However, this does not mean you can throw caution to the wind, as many of the Winchelsea View's contoured fairways challenge the golfer with deceptive slopes and strategically placed hazards.
