Surprise's fourth industrial park along the BNSF Railway tracks is planned near Dysart and Cactus roads and will span 156 acres.
The land sold in 2007 for $12.7 million. It will house 2 million square feet of industrial warehouses and offices that will make up Summit Business Park.
Cyburt Hall Partners and Pacific Coast Capital Partners purchased the park, and will work with future tenants to build infrastructure on the raw land, said Cyburt Hall owner Phil Cyburt.
