  • Hi , Since past few days , most of us are seeing excessive marketing coverage in newspapers and FM channels of Hinduja Lake Front estate by Hinduja Holdings being by Orange properties, I would like to advice the potential buyers as not to get in trap with the so called marketing hypes. I do have an experience of Hinduja Holdings as one of the the resident only other so called big project " Hinduja Park" . The whole project is in dire straits. The builder Hinduja Holdings was suppose to complete the project on Oct ' 2005 . It is almost 2 years now the project is far from complete and the builder is far from fulfilling his commitment. The residents are almost struggling with the builder to get the things completed. He has put the whole project is in complete mess. Here is some of the recent pictures of the project - http://www.flickr.com/photos/12593811@N02 I am not sure as why reputed agency like Orange Properties has not done a due diligence before getting into a deal with Hinduja holdings ? Bottomline is the marketing agency will sell the project and go off..It is the buyer who had put their hard earned money and have to deal with unprofessional Builder like "Hinduja Holdings". My sincere advice to genuine buyers as not to get hoodwink by the builder and marketing hypes. Please do check the reality of the builder before getting into the trap.
  • You have shown the car parking. How about the flats? If you have photos, plese put them also. What is the current status of the Hinduja Park?
  • Hi yzee, The basement area in Hinduja park is worse affected...and for information this is not only rain water..this is mix of sewage water also which is shown in the pic...he has created a big mess of the project hardly able to execute it..very bad planning and poor implementation. His project team is very inexperienced and incapable of handling any project... If you are potential buyer then my sincere advice to come and see state of Hinduja park through you eyes, you will understand..and do speak to any of the resident there..they may be able to provide you first hand of info about the builder and amount of struggle residents on the unprofessionalism of the builder... As of the current status, the builder has already delayed the project by 2 years from his committed time...and still he has not finished...
  • Hi Yogi, I have a cousin living in Hinduja Park and she says although they have faced some problems, they are more than happy with the project. When you say the project is not complete I have been told that there are very few rectification works going on and that most major works have been completed very long back. She also tells me that the Builder has given much more than what was in their original commitment like generator backup, better flooring than promised, and other things I dont recollect now. I have seen the Building and it has a beautiful lobby and nice landscaping near the swimming pools. You may put these beautuful pictures also. My other friend who has booked with Puruvankara tells me that they have delayed their projects by more than a 20 months . However, not many builders improve on their original specifications as I have been told Hnduja Holdings has done for Hinduja Park.

  • I am really happy that all my earlier postings and notion about Hinduja Holdings is proven wrong ultimately..To my real surprise and dismay, Sunil Hinduja, the MD of Hinduja Holdings has taken his time out from his otherwise busy schedule and personally taken care of bringing his big project "Hinduja Park" to a great shape at last.. I would take all my words back which I have posted earlier. My appreciation for him as a visionary and a great businessman has grown at bounds. I wish him all the very best for his other project "Hinduja Lakefront" and also recommend his "Lakefront" project to all the prospective buyers. Am sure there are many residents who will come up and endorse for him...Keep on your good deeds Sunil! Am sure you will prove all your detractors wrong. -Yogi
  • In addition to the comments I put yesterday, I would like to clarify that someone had pointed out Hinduja Holdings have completed the project "Hinduja Park" very long back...What i was interpreting as non completed items were actually minor rectification items..which i am told are a part and parcel of most the projects. Most of us residents now firmly believe that the developer has done a fantastic job in terms of quality and given us an excellent end product. It now gives me immense pride to be part of Hinduja Park when some of the guests who had come to my house saw the interiors of the building and were literally stunned by the beauty inside.. Retrospectively, If I look back, all the problems which some of us had...It looked more like operational problems...which was a failing of the agency that was maintaining the building "M Far". My only piece of advice to Hinduja Holdings" is not to give any further maintenance project to them....Just to cite few examples - by not operating the pumps on time...and their associate company GET not putting the right quantum of chemicals in the STP plant ...the blame wrongly though for our problems fell on Hinduja whereas it should have fallen on the Maintenance agency...which we now realize. sometimes if the driver of the car is bad...the car or the car manufacturer gets all the blame...which seems to the case here. i will vouch for the developer who in our view absolutely had the right intentions for us and our project "Hinduja Park" ...to reciprocate that...i along with all of us us here wish him the same. -Yogi
